A rum to savour. Â A long 30-day fermentation gives White Peak Rum real depth of flavour and complexity, all coming from the distilled spirit. Â Batch 05/24 is a vatting of 3 unique casks. Ex-bourbon from Heaven Hills distillery, Â virgin oak cask with a level 4 char from Kelvin Cooperage and an ex-red wine cask (STR) from Dias Cooperage in Portugal. The 3 different cask maturations contribute to the complexity and layers of flavour from nose to finish. An amazing rum to drink neat or add ginger ale and a wedge of lime for a longer drink.
